Noir
The everyday luxury — green, peppery, alive. Pressed for the line cook and the chef de cuisine alike.
Selected, never owned.
Tasted before it travels.
Nauteda is not a grower. We are a House — a quiet trade in the finest olive oils of Europe, one family mill at a time. We do not own the groves; we befriend the families who do, taste every lot, and bring forward only the oils we would put on our own table.
One house, several origins, a single exacting standard. Bottled with the seriousness of a vintage and the warmth of a Mediterranean table.
Each tier is a distinct expression — chosen for the table it belongs on, from the everyday service to the once-in-a-season pour.
The everyday luxury — green, peppery, alive. Pressed for the line cook and the chef de cuisine alike.
Certified on paper, soft on the tongue. Round, buttery, generous — for the kitchen that demands both.
The earliest pressing of the earliest harvest. Bitter, complex, vital — a finishing oil for the moments worth remembering.
Yunquera · Sierra de las Nieves · Andalucía
The Gil Luna family has pressed olives in Yunquera, on the slope of the Sierra de las Nieves, for four generations. Their groves sit inside a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve — Mediterranean by latitude, alpine by altitude, snow-touched in winter.
They press cold, by stone, within hours of harvest. We taste every lot. We accept very few.

Sierra de las NievesWe are committed to delivering exceptional quality and purity in every drop. Every harvest is verified in laboratory before a single bottle leaves the mill — and every bottle that does is one we would put on our own table.
